Tell us what you don’t like

When TwitterBrite is launched it will have two main competitors, HootSuite and CoTweet. Both these are web based services and so arguably less secure than Twitterbrite, however if you use either of these products I’m sure if you use either of these products there are things that drive you up the wall about them.

Is it HootSuite’s lack of support for OAuth? Or maybe something about CoTweet winds you up? Either way I want to know. But I also want to know what’s missing from them, what if you could you would add.

This isn’t for some bitchy “Look what people are saying about our them” slag off campaign, far from it. I want to know what get’s under your skin about them (and what you like about them) so I can avoid their mistakes and build upon their successes.

To help you do this, I’ve opened up TwitterBrite’s helpdesk early (as in before the products released) for you to leave “tickets” letting us know what works and what doesn’t with any twitter client, but especially HootSuite and CoTweet.
